This meal was so good! Meat was very tender (we used flank steak.) It was our first time eating zucchini noodles, we bought them from Publix already spiraled. We had a hard time telling that they weren’t real noodles! This recipe was very delicious and we are adding it to our weekly meal plan. We are eating the leftovers for lunch tomorrow, I’m interested to see how it reheats!

Behind pay wall. So I winged it. Good thing I'm a good cook and could figure it out based on ingredients

Very flavorful. Recipe was easy to follow. I I doubled liquid ingredients & added cornstarch to thicken sauce then served over rice instead of the noodles. Will make again!

I added a bit more lemon juice than called for. This is definitely a redo for my family.

Maybe a different cut of meat. Flavor is good though!

My kids and I LOVE this recipe! Sometimes, if I can’t find spiraled zucchini at the grocery store, I use Bird’s Eye Veggie Pasta (cauliflower and lentils) instead and it’s just as delicious, if not more! The pasta is more toothsome than the zucchini spirals and really holds the flavor of the sauce. I make this every 2 weeks or so. Great recipe!

Love love love this recipe! I made it for my mom and she had taken all the leftovers with her to work before I got the chance! We’ve made it so many times and tried different variations of the ingredients and even tried chicken but the original has always been the best! Highly recommend!! But I also recommend adding salt to your zucchini then rinsing it before cooking to get rid of access water.

My family loved it after I omitted the sriracha. It was too spicy with it!

It was yummy! I didn’t fix enough zucchini noodles this was my first time using them and there’s a lot of shrinkage since I didn’t have enough, the lemon flavor was pretty strong, but that’s easily fixable next time

The steak was great, the noodles were a little too lemony for us though

Used frozen zucchini noodles, they were a bit soggy...but still good with a bite of meat. Used venison back strap for meat....delicious!!

So good!! I didn’t make it with the zucchini noodles because they were out in the store near me but the steak was the best and so flavorful.

The boyfriend loved it, steak more so than the noodles. Aside from the noodles being spicier than anticipated (I used Texas Pete hot sauce), the dish went as expected. Would make again.

The flavor of the steak was INCREDIBLE. I HIGHLY suggest trying this meal, only tweak: try not to use frozen zucchini noodles they turn out a bit soggy (unless you’ve mastered cooking them well before). With how well the steak turned out I almost wish I made another side! Delicious!

Meat was awesome one package of store zoodles was barely enough for 2 people going to have leftovers with either rice or pasta used a combo of cholula sauce and garlic chili paste sauce was awesome. Just needed more zoodles
