I just cut up squash and added fresh pasta this time...so good. Next time I'll follow it correctly with the zucchini noodles.

My 9yo loved the zucchini spaghetti and the beef bites flavour. I wish they were a bit more tender.

This meal was so good! Meat was very tender (we used flank steak.) It was our first time eating zucchini noodles, we bought them from Publix already spiraled. We had a hard time telling that they weren’t real noodles! This recipe was very delicious and we are adding it to our weekly meal plan. We are eating the leftovers for lunch tomorrow, I’m interested to see how it reheats!

Very flavorful. Recipe was easy to follow. I I doubled liquid ingredients & added cornstarch to thicken sauce then served over rice instead of the noodles. Will make again!

I added a bit more lemon juice than called for. This is definitely a redo for my family.

My kids and I LOVE this recipe! Sometimes, if I can’t find spiraled zucchini at the grocery store, I use Bird’s Eye Veggie Pasta (cauliflower and lentils) instead and it’s just as delicious, if not more! The pasta is more toothsome than the zucchini spirals and really holds the flavor of the sauce. I make this every 2 weeks or so. Great recipe!

Love love love this recipe! I made it for my mom and she had taken all the leftovers with her to work before I got the chance! We’ve made it so many times and tried different variations of the ingredients and even tried chicken but the original has always been the best! Highly recommend!! But I also recommend adding salt to your zucchini then rinsing it before cooking to get rid of access water.

It was yummy! I didn’t fix enough zucchini noodles this was my first time using them and there’s a lot of shrinkage since I didn’t have enough, the lemon flavor was pretty strong, but that’s easily fixable next time

Used frozen zucchini noodles, they were a bit soggy...but still good with a bite of meat. Used venison back strap for meat....delicious!!
