Very easy to make and really yummy! Used 3 tbsp of butter instead of 2 since it wasn’t enough, but I definitely recommend.

Me and my roommate both thought this steak was really good. I got some sirloin strips and made tips of it. I altered this a little bit, I used Montreal Steak Seasoning and red pepper flakes. I put it on the meat and let it sit in the fridge about an hour and a half. I stuck with the rest of the recipe. Really amazing, probably some of the best steak I’ve ever had. Definitley recommend, simple and full of flavor.

This recipe gets rave reviews every time I make it. I adjust the pepper flakes for who is eating. Spicier for some and milder for others.

Tenderize for 30 minutes before cooking. I like Adoulfs Brand. Then add the seasonal tastes. If cutting into bites then do that first.

Excellent! I made this with steakhouse mushroom and served them over a bed of spring mix lettuce, yum!

I’ve made this a couple times already, and every time It comes out just as good. Instead of bites I left a full steak just left it on the burner a little longer. Comes out perfect every time!

Very good flavor! I would only use a cast iron skillet though to really get a char.

This was delicious! I seasoned the sirloin beforehand for a little bit of extra flavor. I did double the garlic and butter which made for a nice sauce for the mashed potatoes. Highly recommend!

very nice. meat was a bit dry but that's because my stove wasn't hot enough so browning took longer. the garlic butter tasted awesome over the mashed potato

I added a lot more garlic than the recipe required lol but it turned out beautiful! I served it over rice as well great combo!
