Snow crab legs baked in a boozy bath of butter, tons of fresh garlic, seasonings and lemon paired with juicy sweet bites of fresh corn. Ughhhh, so good!

- 8 oz. salted butter (good-quality, or 2 sticks)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 18 cloves garlic (finely chopped, about a half cup)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 ears fresh corn (shucked and chopped into 2-inch chunks)
- 8 oz. beer (I used Budweiser)
- 6 lemon wedges
- sea salt (to taste)
