It was good, but the instructions didn’t say what temperature to cook the shrimp at or when to add the parsley and I’m used to seeing that kind of detail in my recipes.

Came out pretty good. I actually combined part of another recipe by adding diced zucchini and frozen corn. Cooked shrimp first, removed it, added zucchini, cooked for a few minutes then added corn. Added vegetable stock and put shrimp back in. Squeezed some lemon juice. Would have been good with some Parmesan cheese.

Great! Substituted the vegetable stock for chicken stock but still turned out amazing.

It is a family favorite. Everyone loves it. They keep asking for more. The only thing I did different was chop up some red bell peppers to add to it.
So healthy, so good. No leftovers.

This went well and didn’t take long. We’ve not been big on eating seafood since we’ve exhausted all of our own recipes, but I wanted to start incorporating it into our meals again. This is a hit with the hubby and I think it tastes great, so we’ll definitely do this dish again.

Great! I added more shrimp about 1lb, seasonings ( garlic powder, Italian seasoning, obay seasoning, 3 tsp of minced garlic and complete seasoning) and almost a whole stick of butter. I also used a whole can of vegetable broth. My husband was so happy with this meal!! Definitely a keeper!!

Very simple, very fast. Kids liked it. We had it over white rice. I added some onion powder and salt and pepper for extra seasoning. Very good. Easy weeknight dinner.
