    This is super easy and by easy I mean, I’ve never cooked shrimp before, never tried eating shrimp before, and even I didn’t mess this up haha. The flavors are great, there’s a kick, but also a kind of sweetness to it which is really great. Husband and I have both made this a few times now. Pro tip: add some heavy cream for a thicker sauce if you want to serve it over something.

    Unfortunately I couldn’t find chili or garlic paste so I just put some cloves in my garlic press and it was kind of like a paste consistency... for the chili I just substituted hot sauce. I paired it with creamy mashed potatoes and some veggies and it was really good! I imagine the shrimp would have been a little more flavorful with the chili paste though or maybe next time I’ll use a different hot sauce
