    Had to use 1/4 of the garlic for elderly parent and sauté instead of bake b/c of unorganized oven :) I’m sure it will be much more tasty next time. Will probably not use as much fats though.

    I didn’t even have the capers and I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and these still came out absolutely amazing. I also used dried parsley - still amazing. And so easy! A+

    great! I never have capers so I subbed pickled green beans...couldn't really taste them though, so capers would be better.

    Smitten Kitchen never disappoints! I made the recipe as instructed but added parmesan cheese because it begged me to. The sauce was SO GOOD so definitely have yummy bread on hand! I used baby portabella mushrooms.

    Just the best! I didn't think caper will do it but, yes absolutely a good choice for everyone! I will definitely will do again!

    Easy to prepare, delicious pot liquor. good to the last drop. The kids don't like capers, but i think i need to sneakthem in next time. Definitely a keeper.

    Super yummy and everyone loved them! Served with roast, green bean casserole, and salad. Made exactly as described except used cut crimini/white as opposed to whole buttons

    So easy and so cool to roast mushrooms, I have never done that before! Definitely want to make these again! Makes a super side dish that made my dinner seem elegant, like I had made such a special dish!

    My favorite! The first time I made it per the recipe. The second time I was extremely short on time before a midterm and decided to use Kerrygold's herb butter. Turned out amazing both times and is perfect with a baguette.
