    Go easy on the salt. I swapped cayenne pepper for Cajun seasoning and added a dash of sweet chilli. The Bomb!

    Added a little extra butter and some chilly flakes. Coconut oil instead of olive oil.
    I like this. Easy, fast and it is a delicious. I do recommend put lesser salt when marinating then add when needed as I find it’s a little salty to my taste.
