    Was very tasty! I just added a little garlic salt to my meat and rosemary to my butter.
    Amazing! Made during the quarantine without fresh garlic, but the powder substitute didn’t take away much at all. Quick and simple!

    I waited to put in pork till the butter and olive oil was to a boil and mixed in the spices before putting in the meat, then added more spice. It was crispy, and buttery. Tasted amazing!

    These were good. I made 2 pork chops and threw in some leftover red potatoes and fried them with the chops.

    It was good. There was a lot of oil/grease in the pan, though. I would recommend about half. There was enough to scramble eggs for breakfast burritos the next day, though, so there was an upside to the excess.

    It is rather hard to gauge the salt. I tried to be sparing on the initial salt and pepper rub and didn’t add any additional and my family still complained that the meat was rather salty. We generally are pretty low to no salt with seasoning, so I think if I make this again I will forgo rubbing with salt and maybe try using salted butter in the sauté.
