Very good, quick and easy. Will make agIn
Easy, simple relatively quick recipe (the most time-consuming part was mincing the garlic but otherwise it didn’t take very much time at all). Good alternative for people who don’t like baking pork chops in the oven.

Great flavor and will definitely make again but I don’t really understand why you need to use both butter and oil. In the end the chops were floating in a pool of oil.

It turned out great, but I'd recommend turning down the heat to low for about 5 minutes after you sear them to cook them through. Also add the garlic like a minute or so into the low heat cooking, adding it right after you sear them immediately turned it dark brown and burnt some of it.
