Super good. I used bone in ribs and dried thyme. I made gravy with the sauce, it was fantastic and cooked perfectly as written. Thanks for sharing!

Great flavor! Would’ve planned ahead and reduced the liquid down into a sauce... Amazing flavor, very tender, but a little dry once it was out of the liquid in the instant pot. I’ll definitely make it again! Would be great shredded with some BBQ sauce on a sandwich!

Short Ribs are one of my favorite foods. Been limiting starch, so added carrots when adding the ribs back for final cook time. If you like green peppers, you may enjoy adding quarters of a green pepper as well. It was delicious! Saving my stock for another soup.

Delicious. The short ribs were very tender. Very quick and flavorful meal with only a few ingredients that are usually on hand. I added a small amount of cornstarch in a water slurry and let it boil for about 10 minutes. It wasn’t a gravy, but it was a little thicker than plain stock. Served this with baked potatoes and carrots, and it was a hit with the family. We will definitely make this again.
