Pretty good. I think next time I will fry the steak a bit more for a crisper bite.

Potatoes need salt and pepper and I seasoned my steak with onion and garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Next time I make it I will definitly be adding the garlic later after potatoes cook for a little while. My garlic started to burn before the potatoes were even close to being done cooking.

Super easy to make, and amazing flavor! This goes into regular rotation for sure!

It was good, but I think I cut the potatoes too large as they took much longer than 6 minutes total to cook so I wouldn’t add all spices at the same time if frying larger potatoes but super yummy and family approved!

I used the instant pot method browned the potatoes and steak just like one of your reviewers wrote but I added baby carrots and fresh string beans and it was fabulous, great flavor and tender steak. Love this recipe.

Turned out great! Made it fairly quick and my kids even ate it. This will be a staple!

This was a great recipe! Quick and very tasty. I seasoned with some steak seasoning, salt and pepper. The steak stayed very tender because it cooked so quickly. I will definitely make again!

It was awesome whole family loved it. Added herbs and garlic to meat as well as potatoes. Would also recommend onions.

I cut the potatoes a little big so it took longer to cook but besides it was easy and simple ingredients. The soy sauce and a different flavor but it works!

I didn't watch the video and misunderstood that the potatos and meat were to be cooked at different times in the same pan. Visually it's a disaster, because we ended up getting mashed potatoes. Flavour wise it's good, but probably a little different than the well made version. Will definitely give it another go some other time.

The trick is to not over-cook the steak. But I've never in my life had potatoes cook in 6 minutes, no matter how I cut them. So I cut the potatoes and cook them until they're cooked, then proceed with the recipe as directed. It'll take me 15-30 minutes to get soft potatoes, so I just factor that into the time this recipe takes, but otherwise, I find this turns out quite well. We love the flavors and when I just sear the steak it stays flavorful and juicy.
