"Fantastic" according to my hubby, the teenager scarfed it without a word, the toddler is still arguing with me over my choice of veggie (peas). I thought it tasted great, and we'll be adding it to our regular menu.

Delicious !! The only change I made was to marinate the chicken for a couple of hours, very tasty.

I used multi-color potatoes and the purple ones didn't hold up so go with the recipe and use gold.
Also, the recipe says only one minute per side of chicken strips. I'm not a confident cook so I added time to that!

Easy to make and so good! No critiques from me. I halved my chicken breasts horizontally instead of making strips. The sriracha in the marinade plus the red pepper flakes makes the dish a bit spicy, so I wouldn’t recommend this for someone who can’t tolerate much spice.

This is like a GO TO recipe in an Asian house hold, except I never used fresh herbs with this dish and WOW makes a huge diff. So Delicious. This is lunch meal prep for the week.

So so tasty and relatively easy to make. Well recommended. I added some tender stem broccoli for some greens

I’ve made this recipe twice now and both times were delicious. The first time I didn’t take the potatoes out before cooking the chicken, the second time I did, and it turned out so much better. Next time I’m going to add in asparagus or green beans.

Very tasty only did a teaspoon of Italian seasoning that was definitely more than enough for us not a big fan of a lot of herbs

Adding the leftover marinade at the end really added flavor to the potatoes. Really enjoyed this recipe.

I roasted my potatoes in the oven before I put them on the skillet, but other than that it was great!

Turned out amazing, kids loved it, will definitely be cooking it again.

first, i used more potatoes so they took waaaay longer to cook. second, there was so much liquid left in the pan that the chicken was basically boiling and i had to dump it out to get the chicken to cool right. and lastly, who cooks chicken for 1 minute on each side?! i cooked mine at least 10 minutes. but after all that, and without changing the receipe at all except no red pepper flakes because the kids were sharing, it was AWESOME.

I liked it. Had to use Bragg amios acids, seemed high in sodium, but that may be on my part. Added a cheese assortment, mozzarella, cheddar mix. & yellow squash. Oneish, bay leaves. Yum
