needs a little bit more flavor but it was edible i am a garlic fan but will add more seasoning next time!

O yes, this is the way to do it, butter, garlic steak? How can you go wrong. Great recipe.

Was very tasty! The fresh parsley makes all the difference.
In the future I would use a bit less butter as I felt there was a bit too much in the bottom of my serving dish at the end.
Also, highly recommend skirt steak as listed. I used a different steak (what I had on hand) and it was not as tender as a skirt steak would be

The recipe is delicious, we added fresh lemongrass with the garlic and loved it.
Only issue is that skirt steak can be quite tough.

This was so good! I had to cheat because I didn't have enough steak, so I actually used a couple portions of ground beef (cut into steak-size portions). I made it with the creamy mashed potatoes (used heavy cream instead of sour cream--I was out of sour cream). Another new recipe to add to the rotation. I love trying new ones, and this is a keeper. I don't consider myself a great cook, but I'm learning. I love making yummy stuff for the family!

Amazing flavor, steak-alicious. The chimichurri sauce I adapted from the butter garlic sauce in the recipe. The butter and herbs pull out the meaty taste and make the steak more tender. This is one on repeat.+++

This was amazing! I used Montreal steak seasoning on the steak as well which turn out amazing next time, I’m going to try and grill the steak vs searing in the pan

Amazing! I used a steak seasoning packet to give it a little more flavor based on previous reviews. My whole family loved it!

Hubby says its a keeper. I definitely seasoned the meat with additional spices beyond salt and pepper, and served with roasted squash and rosemary parmesan potatoes.
