I just made this recipe, and it's absolutely wonderful and very easy to do. Like the chef/author recommended in her blog, I added 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. And, it made a difference. This recipe is definitely a keeper and just so tasty and easy to make. The fish turned out flaky and juicy. So delectable. Highly recommended.

This was super simple to make. I’m not a fish fan at all, but it was really good. Will definitely make it again.

Turned out great! Easy & fast fix. My teenage son had three! Paired it with roasted butternut squash. Great meal!

Quick and simple recipe with great results! I added a bit of seafood seasoning to the sauce to punch it up a notch, and broiled the fish for the last few minutes, turned out perfect!

Used rice to soak up some of the extra butter sauce when it was done cooking

This is very good. I wasn’t a fan of talapia ‘cause I couldn’t find good recipes! This one tops the list!

The seasonings on the tilapia was very good, but tilapia is too bland for my taste. I’llt ry it on other fish and seafood.

The tilapia was well seasoned & perfectly tender/flaky
However, instead of baking it in a oven, I cooked the tilapia & herbed butter mixture in a plastic wrap covered glass pan in the microwave for about 4 & 1/2 minutes

Quick go to with keeping frozen Tilapia on-hand for a weeknight meal. I go heavy on garlic and a touch more butter than recipe calls for. Have added capers and a splash of white wine to sauce sometimes which almost gives this dish a Mediterranean flavor.

Very yummy, used 2 tbsp more of butter for the mashed potatoes we had on the side. 😍 10/10 will make again

My family loves this dish.. I substitute the paprika with 1 teaspoon of old Bay. It comes out perfect every time.

Omg, fantastic! Used celery salt instead of onion powder but added vidalia onions under the fish to compensate. I also used fresh cilantro instead of parsley. Just amazing!
