- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped, plus some for garnish)
- 50 grams butter (softened)

Directions
- Take some chopped parsley and mix it with your butter.
- Then take your your garlic, peel it and take out the green bit in the middle - it's bitter, not very nice.
- Slice your garlic really thinly, and take a little bit of salt and use the side of the knife to purée it. The salt helps break it down.
- Mix this into the butter and parsley mixture and your garlic butter is ready.
