Great recipe. I used 4 chicken thighs but didn’t change the measurements of the sauce. I also added garlic powder to my thighs. Before I added the chicken back to the pan, I poured a touch of beef broth in with the other sauce ingredients. It helped to keep my cast iron from being coated with the thick sticky substance. Only cooked for 20 minutes but it was perfect!

Beautiful presentation & the meat flavored all the way through, but disappointed in taste-just sweetness. To me, it’s missing something (an acid ?) to balance and enhance the sweetness while giving it a depth of flavor. Will try again.

Added too much honey by mistake but so it was pretty sweet but still good! Easy and fast meal, served with cous cous with zucchini and bell peppers

We loved the flavors the first time I made it with double the seasoning and garlic. We like more intense seasoning, so I tripled all seasoning this time. For us, this was much better. Also, since I despise poultry skin, I skinned the thighs; flavors went well into the meat. This recipe is definitely a keeper and easily adapted to personal tastes.

It's good. I would think about adding the garlic at then end when you have blended the sugar and honey. It's kinda hard to chase garlic out of the pan before it burns. I did mince the garlic, maybe that was the issue. But the dish is good, I used all fresh herbs which added a nice touch.

We loved it. I put fresh poultry herbs underneath before throwing in oven (I also coated each piece then put the herbs under).

Delicious I tasted the sauce before I added it to the chicken. Added extra spices amazing. I can't get over it

Absolutely loved it didn't follow exact measurements because I never do and it was soooooo good!! I did a little more brown sugar and then let it sit on low and thicken then in a glass baking dish into the oven definitely a keeper! I made Parmesan oven potatoes and corn perfect!

This was so good. This is so good. I thought I needed more of the maple syrup and brown sugar but held off and made as written. We thought it was delicious. I served with maple brown sugar glazed carrots & au gratin potatoes. I had planned on making creamed peas and onions but wasn't feeling great so decided on cpl bags of steamed broccoli. Definitely goes in the favorites folder and I'm sure will be at least on the every 2 weeks rotation if not weekly!!

I love this recipe can get messy but worth it I like to take the glaze and put it over my vegetables or rice it loosens up nicely with hot sides adds tremendous flavor
