Barramundi is mild with a texture similar to salmon. Flavors in this dish were really good. I did add a little bit of corn starch and chicken broth as a slurry to thicken the sauce a little just by preference. Will make it again!

This was so good! Barramundi is so mild, we barely noticed fish in the dish. The ingredients are simple and few, but amazing flavor. I didn't have enough fresh basil so I added dried tarragon, which IMO has better flavor than dried basil. Sopped up every last drop of sauce with crusty french bread. Amazing!
