So good! Tons of flavor and very moist. Marinated for a little over an hour. Baked for 25 minutes at 400 and it came out perfect. Only change I would make is a little less pepper.

Just great! I had to prepare it in the oven.. just seared it and then roasted per instructions. I wouldn't change a thing.

I really liked how this came out, although I only let it marinade for about 5 hours or so, will leave it longer next time. Meat came out perfectly cooked and wasn't dry at all.

Amazing! Full of flavor. Probably the best pork tenderloin I’ve ever made, and I’ve made many!

Turned out great. Marinade was quick and simple to make. Sat for an hour and cooked for about 20 minutes. Only change I'd make is to plan ahead and marinate it longer.

I’ve used a similar recipe and added about a tbsp of dried thyme and dried sage.

This was really good. A little too salty and the balsamic didn’t come through as much as I would have liked so maybe take away half a tablespoon of salt and add a half tablespoon more of balsamic. Seared for 5 minutes in a cast iron and finished in oven.

This is definitely a favorite for dinner. Its very juice and the flavor is great. I’ve only made it twice and both times it was done so on a grill over charcoal.

So delicious!!! I used 2 tsp of salt instead of three cause I read previous review that said it was a bit too salt and to cut it. This worked perfectly. I will definitely do this one again!

So easy but so delicious! I marinated for about 8 hours then seared in hot frypan and baked in oven 20 minutes. Served with steamed vegetables 😋
Definitely be making again

Really great marinade! Delicious and is an easy/quick prep. Depending on your salt preference, you may want to use less. I'll definitely be making this again.

really solid dinner. i followed recipe exactly, but for the actual cooking. no grill, so used grill pan to sear, preheated oven to 400, put seared loin and grill pan in oven for about 20 (internal temp 140 on meat)
