Husband loved this so much I made it twice in one week. I did use panko instead of cornflakes and added another tablespoon of butter.

YUMMY!! That is the general consensus in my house. I would not change a thing about this recipe. It has already been written down into my book of go-to weeknight recipes.

Very good. Used panko breadcrumbs and really liked the crunch. Zested a whole lemon and found it to be a little overpowering. If I make this again I will not use as much zest.

I used Panko bread crumbs instead of the cornflakes. I also used prawns. It was delicious. My fiance asked me to save the leftover crumbs so he could use them on something else.

Pretty good. The corn flakes didn't crisp up as much as I would have liked but I'll make it again and try to troubleshoot it.

Made this last night and it proved to be an excellent healthy altenative to shrimp scampi. My only complaint is that it got a bit watery. I would absolutely make this again, though.

This is delicious and so easy!! Yummo! It's low cal and I didn't have any parsley but it was still awesome. I also used a different kind of cereal. Generic brand of sweetened corn flakes and a little more lemon juice but otherwise is was delish! I would definitely make this again.
