- 3 cups veggies (chopped garden, I used zucchini, green bell pepper, and about 1/2 an onion)
- 1 tsp. Spike Seasoning (or use any seasoning mix that goes well with vegetables)
- ground pepper (Fresh, to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. chives (chopped, plus more for garnish if desired)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (not packed coarsely)
