  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni (uncooked, about 1-3/4 cups)
  • 1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill (or 1 tsp. dried dill weed)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cucumber (small, chopped)
  • 1 medium tomato (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

    Directions

    1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
    2. In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. Stir in macaroni, cucumber, tomato and green onions. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
