- 4 Tbsp. gluten (free AP flour seasoned with salt and pepper, or gravy flour of your choice)
- 3 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt (fage)
- 1 Tbsp. gluten free flour (AP)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (fresh flat, chopped)
- lime wedges (for garnish, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil (for browning)
- dressing (use tahini, as nondairy alternative sauce)
- raita (and serve with a cucumber)
