This turned out great considering I didn’t have any tahini so I swapped that with hummus and my beans weren’t all the way soaked so the consistency was perfect it didn’t fall apart or anything

I added a lot of cilantro and really liked the favor. I prefer to eat it in a tortilla instead of on a bun because it really does not stay together.
