Unique side dish. Served with gochujang chicken. Roasted the potatoes on sheet pan for 30 minutes then added to Dutch oven with braising liquid. Definitely DON’T add any extra salt!! We love salt, but these little guys were pretty darn salty. Will use low sodium soy sauce next time.

Oh my gosh, these were good! I added a bit of ginger and some gochujang (Korean chili sauce) to the braising liquid and it added a bit of heat to the meal. I’ll definitely make these again

One thing I love about this app is being exposed to so many wonderful recipes from around the world. This one was amazing. I usually use rice as my starch for Asian meals, but I now have another delicious option. I can’t wait to find even more.
