Description

Turned out great. I skipped putting it in a glass baking dish and went straight to a zip lock. Cooked it in a pan on the stove. I’d like to try grilling it next time.

Amazing! So delicious and tender. Wow. I used apples instead of Asian pears. I’m sure it wasn’t as good, but it still turned out GREAT. This is a new favorite for sure. PS thought I’d share the grilling picture because I just noticed the very attentive dog in the backyard haha
Super tasty with lots of flavor
