- 1 tsp. brown sugar (or Palm Sugar)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. tamarind paste
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (and 1 tsp)
- 1 1/2 cups water (approximately)
- 1/2 cup peanuts
