Delicious. Made a few changes: add a small knob of fresh ginger; add a few diced carrots; used canned coconut lite milk instead of skim. A little blending with immersion. So good.

I used the whole can of creamed corn and tomatoes, and an extra 1/2 of milk. I’m glad I did. The soup is delicious I’m glad I have a little more.

Delicious! I added (3) small tomatoes, basil, and more garlic. Didn’t have creamed corn so I took a cup of frozen corn wth 1 cup of milk and 1 tsp of corn starch and blended it!

I added crumbled bacon and a slight bit of the bacon grease to this recipe. It came outstanding!! My husband is not a big soup fan, but he loved this with a grilled ham and cheese!!
