Yes! The cilantro definitely brought this up a notch! The hoisin has all the flavor of a traditional sloppy joe without all the sugar. Very good! Served with Cajun tots!

Next time I make this, I'll add a little extra liquid, with either a 1/4 cup of ketchup/ water mixture or straight tomato sauce. Nice dinner for 2 with leftovers.
