- 12 cipollini onions (or other button onions)
- 4 zucchini (small, no wider than the width of two fingers)
- 2 Tbsp. basil leaves (about a dozen)
- 2 green onions (or scallions)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp. leaves (fresh hyssop, you could use savory or parsley)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp. leaves (fresh anise hyssop, you could use fennel fronds here)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. anchovy paste (or 2 anchovies from a can)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
