  • 1 1/2 cups mixed nuts (I used a bag of mixed roasted nuts that had walnuts, cashews, macadamia nuts and almonds but any mixture you fancy will do)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (I used chopped prunes but feel free to choose any dried fruit that you like)

    Awesome! I threw in some ground flax seed. Put everything on a parchment lined pan and drizzled the honey, then sprinkled the cinnamon. Save the dishes. Stir once or twice.

    This is really good. It disappeared in a minute ! :) I really liked that it was quick and easy. I used a dry granola mix, instead of nuts.
