- 3 bananas (pureed or equal to 1 1/2 cups puree, a hand blender works great)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup oats (old fashion, gluten free if needed)
- 1 cup oat flour (grinding your old fashioned oats in a blender or food processor works great.)
- gluten-free oats (*Use, if needed.)
- 3 Tbsp. quinoa flakes
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 3 Tbsp. chopped nuts (I used walnuts.)
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips.)
- 1/4 cup goji berries (Or raisins if you prefer.)
- nut butter (choice)
