This was delicious! I actually air-fried the salmon and it came out great. I added it as protein for a pasta dish I made.

Amazing but I definitely had to cook it a bit longer. My husband hates seafood but loved this recipe!

It was fantastic. I did not have panko, so I used Italian bread crumbs, and forgot to add the melted butter until 8 mins in of the cooking. So I added it and in 2 mins it was done and wonderful. I did spray the fish with cooking spray. One tip, on my next batch I added a pat of butter on top and it burned so if you forget to add the butter wait until the cooking is almost over to add to the top of the fish or spray with cooking spray to crisp up. Next time I will add to the panko mix as instructed and see what I get. My kids loved it!
