- 2 1/2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp. fish sauce (optional - but oh so good)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/8 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (A few shakes or more if you like the heat)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted; optional)

My Dad said he could eat this every day, and the rest of us said it wasn’t to our liking. One caution is the 4 serving size is way under-estimated! Cut in half, I’d say it could feed at least 6.
