- 2 slices whole grain bread (good, or you can make this as a wrap or a pita pocket! All great!)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cheese spread (Pumpkin-Goat, divided)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cranberries (chopped or sliced)
- 1 sage leaf (fresh, torn into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup watercress (or whatever green ya like, baby spinach would be great!)
- 5 slices turkey (low-sodium, I used three because my turkey was pretty thick cut and large)
- 1 slice provolone cheese (Sargento 100% real)
