  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cheese spread (Pumpkin-Goat, divided)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cranberries (chopped or sliced)
  • 1 sage leaf (fresh, torn into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup watercress (or whatever green ya like, baby spinach would be great!)
  • 5 slices turkey (low-sodium, I used three because my turkey was pretty thick cut and large)
  • 1 slice provolone cheese (Sargento 100% real)
