First attempt at this recipe was successful. With a little tweaking, the big challenge of getting everything to plate warm has been solved. Definitely worth trying.

Great! Worked like a charm I used Yukon potato and sliced honey ham:) served on bed of fresh spinach and topped with a little salsa. Cali style Irish brekkie
