- 2 plantains (Black, seriously, yellow with black spots simply will not do)
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 3 Tbsp. raw honey (can add a little more but it really is sweet enough!)
- 1/2 cup chocolate (melted, Organic, at least 70% cocoa)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 vanilla pod (turns of a, Grinder, or you could do a teaspoon of Vanilla extract)
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. sauce (Sea SaltCaramel)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream (or Coconut Milk)
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (Ghee or Grass-Fed Butter)
- 1 pinch sea salt (make it a teaspoon if you want the more Salted Caramel flavour)
