I had to leave out the ‘secret ingredient ‘... the gelatin powder... because.... come Onnnn - it is obscure & must be tracked down specially (everywhere...but I Live In Italy...🥴)... at any rate... such a big deal made about it but I wanted to try, they looked so good.
And YES, they are delicious w/out the gel. and hold up just fine to serve. Not hand- held but that’s not the point, is it🤩‘

FINALLY!! After months of trying brownie recipes that kept letting me down by failing to fulfill the promise to be fudgy and rich, I found one that fits on my eating plan (THM) and tastes amazing. Even as they were baking they smelled a lot like regular brownies! OK so now I have a go to brownie recipe but the kicker? They only take 5 min to whip together! If you've been looking for a fudgy keto/low carb/thm S brownie recipe try this!
Now to be honest I did change the recipe slightly because I always use these subs. I used 1/4 c of Briana's baking mix instead of almond flour and 1/3 c of pyure instead of swerve. I also used cold brew instead of water. Otherwise I followed the recipe. Not to be too repetitive but again best low carb/thm S brownie I've tried!
Update: They are even better the next day! These brownies actually develop the kind of crunchy top you expect with brownies.
