These were surprisingly easy to put together and only took about 30 min start to finish. I used 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom instead of using cardamom pods, but otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. I used a small ice cream scoop, which helped a lot since the mixture is super hot. The mixture does firm up pretty quickly, so if you need to make a double batch, I would do two separate batches rather than one big batch. These have the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor and are really light - perfect follow up to a spicy meal. Will definitely make them again.
