Must be good. First batch disappeared before I had chance to taste them. On second batch now.

My favourite cookie recipe at the moment! I do add 100g of chocolate and only bake for 8 1/2 mins as they over cook very quickly! But they are delicious. You can use full light brown sugar for a richer cookie and it works really well and thanks to my 3 year old if you smoosh some mini marshmallows on top you get a delicious extra treat!

These are absolutely amazing. Really gooey and soft! I had them in for 10 minutes and took them out when you might think they are not done yet as they look soft but they harden when they cool. I will definitely be making these again. They went down very well in this house!

I did not like these at all I don’t know if I just did something wrong but I’ve been baking since I was 2 and I’m in my 40’s I feel the end of the recipe should say they come out looking like they’re not baked at all so when it says soft it looks like they haven’t nerve baked so when you put them in a minute longer they then sit 10 minutes on the tray and then dry out I will never make these again!

Delicious! Gooey, chocolatey and very naughty!
We put them in for 10 minutes, but we should have probably given them the extra 2.
The only downside to this recipe is that it was measured in grams when I looked at the ingredients, yet when I opened the directions, it was measured in cups.

Perfect, baked for 12 minutes but was still fudgy, I know it’s very fattening but still didn’t taste too sweet and was the perfect brownie consistency inside.
Next time would take out sooner for the insides to be more gooey.
Thank you so much for the recipe ❤️

Very quick and easy recipe to make and very gewy cookies but bake for 10 mins mins rather than 12 mins as they do dry out if overcooked. Defo one for the keepsakes :)

Made these twice and they are absolutely AMAZING! I will probably make them again XD

So nice!! Was a bit confused if they spread out or not in the recipe but lovely and gooey! Didn’t quite make 16 because the mixture tasted so good! Will definitely be adding to the collection

These are great. I’ve made them several times and I followed the recipe exactly and they turn out perfect every time. Thanks

It was still crumbly when I was trying to mold it, won't stick together. So I add the egg. Doesn't really help, so I just baked them as one giant lump. It was still wet on the outside after 12 minutes in the oven, so I baked longer.
It's now out of the oven, dry on the outside, but still edible.

very good
I replaced the chocolate chips with shavings from a bar of chocolate though

I omitted the chocolate chips because I didn't have any and used coconut oil instead of veg oil. It's a small batch so i doubled it.
