- 1 cup teff flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup dutch process cocoa (sifted if lumpy, regular cocoa powder works, too, but I prefer the darker, more chocolaty taste of Dutch-process)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (or refined coconut oil, meltedif using whole wheat or all-purpose flour, use 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons, 196 grams unsalted butter or refined coconut oil, melted)
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (raw sugar or coconut sugar, if using coconut sugar, I recommend weighing it out or very tightly packing the cups)
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 Tbsp. whipping cream (or full-fat canned coconut milk)
- freeze-dried raspberries (for decoration, optional)
