- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (you could use unsweetened coconut milk, the kind from a carton, for a nut allergy friendly alternative)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (refined, soft/melted)
- 1 Tbsp. imitation vanilla flavoring
- 2 Tbsp. flax (ground golden)
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup oat (fiber, use gluten free if necessary)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour (storebought)
- 3/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
- 8 stevia extract (doonks THM Pure, Powder, a doonk is 1/32 tsp.)
- 4 packets Truvia (3 tsp. spoonable Truvia, or try 1½ tsp. THM Sweet Blend; most people will probably want to add more granulated sweetener than I did for a sweeter brownie)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup warm water
