- 2 avocados (ripe, peeled and seeded)
- 1 banana (large ripe)
- 1/2 cup raw honey (depending on your preference)
- 1 oz. cocoa butter (food grade, weight, or ¼ cup melted, where to buy cocoa butter)
- 1/2 cup cacao powder (or more to taste - please note that the chocolate flavor is less strong when frozen so you might want to use more than you'd think. And also, cacao contains caffeine)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (unrefined, where to buy unrefined sea salt)
- 2 tsp. gelatin (grassfed)
- 2 cups coconut milk (or raw milk if you're not on GAPS, where to buy coconut milk, how to make your own coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup bone marrow (optional)
