I really love these. I made these with a 1/4 cup honey instead though, and they are always sweet and satisfying right out of the freezer.

Not to bad. I added a little Pink Himalayan Salt. I'd also recommend rolling them in coconut or something as they start melting as soon as your fingers touch them.
