- 120 grams chopped pecans (nuts, walnuts, almonds etc)
- 35 grams sunflower seeds

- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 5 mL vanilla extract
- 1 can full fat coconut milk (or coconut cream refrigerated overnight)
- 15 mL maple syrup (optional)
- 2 cups fruit (your choice of, berries, kiwi, bananas, etc)
