- 4 cups Rice Chex
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup egg whites (from 8-10 eggs)
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 3/4 cups cake flour (sifted, **See note below)
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 10 egg yolks (from the eggs your separated for your whites)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pizza dough (packaged roll out, I used homemade following this recipe from What's Cookin' Italian Style Cuisine)
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese (container)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (course)
- 1/2 cup Orange (marmalde)
- 1 cup spinach (sauteed and drained)
- 1 cup mandarin oranges (Dole® Packaged Foods, drained well)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni (chopped)
