- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 2 Tbsp. rolled oats (regular)
- 1 Tbsp. sucanat (or other dry sugar)
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. non dairy milk
- 1/4 tsp. canela
