- 9 oz. fruit spread (favorite berry)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 5 cups Fresh berries (mixed)
- 3 cups truRoots Accents Organic Sprouted Quinoa Trio (cooked and cooled)
- 1/4 cup garlic and herb feta cheese (crumbled)

Directions
- WHISK fruit spread, water, vinegar, mustard and oil in medium bowl until thoroughly blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- BLEND berries and 1/2 cup dressing in medium bowl until combined. Place quinoa on serving platter. Top with fruit. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with remaining dressing.
