- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup (or agave)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels (unsalted, 70 g)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (add more if you prefer it sweeter)
- 3 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 pinch sea salt
