- 2 1/2 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil (olive oil or cold pressed coconut oil)
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey (organic maple syrup or rice syrup)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste)
- 1 Tbsp. water (to mix if needed to form a dough)
- 200 grams fruit (7 oz ,mince pie filling)
- 2 1/2 cups almond meal (250g/ 8 ¾ oz)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (organic maple syrup or rice syrup)
- 30 mL macadamia oil (/ 2 tablespoons ,almond oil, melted butter or cold pressed coconut oil)
- 1 egg (organic)
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste (or 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract)
- 200 grams fruit (7 oz ,mince pie filling)
- 160 grams spelt flour (5 ½ oz / 1 ¼cups ,wholemeal)
- 120 grams unsalted butter (chilled)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste)
- 2 Tbsp. raw sugar (your choice, or rapadura)
- 2 Tbsp. water (1- ,to mix if needed)
- 220 grams fruit (7 oz ,mince pie filling)
