- 1/4 cup linseed (ground)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. malt syrup (rice)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder (I use Sunwarrior)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2/3 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter will do)
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk (or rice milk)
- desiccated coconut (for decorating)
