- rum (: Mojitos are typically made with white rum, but feel free to use whatever kind you prefer.)
- lime juice (: Freshly-squeezed, please.)
- simple syrup (Honey, : I prefer to make my simple syrup naturally sweetened with honey, see instructions below. But you can always use traditional simple syrup, made with granulated sugar if you prefer.)
- ice (: Just add however much is needed to get that nice fine slushie consistency.)

- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
